Rules
1. Participation in this event is restricted to XYZ Members ONLY.
2. A list of events has been made for each category.
– Children need to carry their own rackets for Table Tennis, striker for Carom and Rubik’s Cube.
– Other items will be provided by XYZ.
3. A child can participate in his/her own age category only.
– No child will be allowed to participate in a higher age group.
– Eg. A child who is 7 years will be participating in the Under 9 category only and not in Under 12
4. In team events, all the participants must belong to the same age category and the parents must
specify the name of the partner that the child is participating with for these events.
5. The registration fee for XYZ MEMBERS for this event is Rs. 250/- (irrespective of the number of
events the child participates in).
6. Please specify the name of the partner that the child is participating with in the events.
7. Transportation and lunch will be provided by XYZ.
8. To register for this event, the child has to submit a registration form ONLINE enlisting the
events he/she wishes to participate along with the registration fee by 27 th August, 2017 to their
group volunteers.
9. The volunteers will compile a contingent list having the number of children in each category.
10. The contingent with the maximum points at XYZ Indoor Mania will be the winner.
11. The decision of the referees and the organising committee will be final and binding.

Under 9 – Children aged 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 years — Born between 1-9- 2008 & 30-8- 2013
Under 12 – Children aged 9, 10 & 11 years — Born between 1-9- 2005 and 30-8- 2009
Under 16 – Children aged 12, 13, 14 & 15 years — Born between 1-9- 2002 and 30-8- 2005
