Dear Parents & well-wishers,
We’re nearing the end of yet another XYZ year and we hope you’ve enjoyed the variety of events we’ve tried to put up through the year as much as we have enjoyed planning and executing them. We cannot thank you enough for encouraging your children to participate actively and interact with their fellow community members, which, as you know, is one of the objectives of our programme.
As you would be aware and your groups must be abuzz with the excitement in anticipation of the XYZ Xtravaganza on November 12th, 2017. This is an inter-group dance competition and I’m sure, by now, our young XYZs must be busy shaking (hopefully not breaking) a leg with their team mates.
At XYZ, there is a lot of thought that goes into every programme and each activity is designed at achieving a set objective. So also is the case with the XYZ Xtravaganza. The main aim of this event is to raise funds for cancer patients. We will also be felicitating cancer survivors who have represented India at an international sporting competition.
We will be visiting various cancer hospitals and homes and helping out in different ways. From donating dinners to buying clothes. From helping with buying appliances and electronics, to supporting medical treatment.
XYZ would be an incomplete organisation if it wasn’t for the contribution from each and every one of you; be it the amount of effort, big and small, your invaluable time or your unfailing support that ensures that our endeavours see fruition. This time too, we request you to help us live up to our maxim, “XYZ is MAD” (Making A Difference).
Funds for the event will be raised through sponsorship, souvenir advertisements, donor passes, “lucky-dip” coupon sales and collection of prizes.
We would be grateful if you could spread the word to your family and friends to help us raise funds and support various individuals and homes. All donors contributing through XYZ Foundation can avail of tax benefits u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act.

If you or friends can contribute your time, we would be more than happy to welcome you aboard, to help your group in any way you can (choreography, conducting practices, costume, videos, backdrop, backstage etc.).
The success of an event of this caliber depends a lot on the support we receive and like you have in the past, we urge you to come forward in any way that suits you best.
