Rules
1. Participation in this event is restricted to XYZ members only.
2. There is no registration fee to participate in this event.
3. A list of events has been made for each category.
– Certain events require the children to arrange for things at home.
– Parents are requested to read the event details accurately to avoid any disparities.
4. A child can participate in his/her own age category only.
– No child will be allowed to participate in a higher age group.
– Eg. A child who is 7 years old will be participating in the Under 9 category only
and not in Under 12 category.
5. Please enlist all the events the child wishes to participate in by 19th September, 2021.
6. The decision of the judges and the organising committee will be final and binding.

Under 9 – Children aged 5, 6, 7 & 8 years
Under 12 – Children aged 9, 10 & 11 years
Under 16 – Children aged 12, 13, 14 & 15 years
